SEN Teacher - Personalised Education That Makes a Difference

Location: Cambourne and surrounding areas
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Term-Time Only)
Hours: 9:00 am - 4:30 pm (flexible working available)
Pay: £30-£35 per hour (PAYE - case dependent)
Focus: One-to-One Teaching for students with SEN, SEMH, SEMD, and medical needs

We're looking for passionate SEN Teachers to deliver one-to-one support to children and young people with complex needs. This role is ideal for educators who believe in the power of tailored learning and want to make a meaningful impact every day.



What You'll Be Doing

Creating a Safe and Supportive Space: Build trust and consistency to help students feel secure and ready to learn.

Designing Individual Learning Plans: Adapt your teaching to meet each student's academic and emotional needs.

What You'll Bring

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (PGCE)

At least two years of teaching experience

Strong subject knowledge in Maths, English, and Science (UK curriculum)
