We're currently looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Credit Control Clerk. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy environment and is ready to take ownership of essential processes.
Your new role
Will consist of:
- Manage a property portfolio, ensuring timely collection of service charges and effective credit control.
- Process leaseholder payments, including daily bank downloads.
- Produce regular reports and attend monthly portfolio review meetings with management.
- Liaise with external stakeholders on matters related to non-payments.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in Credit Control.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- A proactive and professional approach to customer service
