They are now seeking a parts advisor who has the experience and skill set to work within a fast paced environment.
Job Role for the Parts Advisor:
- Oversee the day to day running of the parts department.
- You will be working with the technicians, ordering parts needed for any vehicle or truck repairs.
- Dealing with phone calls and assisting with any customers visiting the site with any parts needed.
- Dealing with shipping and packaging of parts.
- Help the company hit targets whilst maintaining excellent levels of customer satisfaction.
- Upsell products where possible.
The candidate:
- Would be advantageous if you have or had experience with the automotive industry.
- Computer literate.
- Current or previous experience as a parts advisor, parts specialist, parts administrator, parts controller or parts controller.
- Ability to work well under pressure, act on own initiative!
- Forklift license (desired)
