This long-term role is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable school-based experience while supporting students and contributing to a positive learning environment.

What’s in it for you?

  • Full-time, long-term position starting September 2025

  • Earn up to £520 per week

  • Based in Stoke-on-Trent with good transport connections

    About the role:

    • Support teachers with whole-class activities, small group work, and 1:1 support

    • Help students develop key skills across a range of subjects

    • Assist in maintaining an organised and well-managed classroom environment

    • Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and engaging atmosphere for learning

    • Work closely with experienced teaching and support staff to enhance your own skills

      What we’re looking for:

      • Graduates with a 2:1 or higher in any subject area

      • Strong interest in Maths, English, Science, Modern Foreign Languages (MFL), or Humanities is a bonus – but all disciplines are welcome

      • A genuine interest in supporting secondary-aged pupils and helping them thrive

      • Confident communication, enthusiasm, and a positive, professional attitude

      • Adaptable, reliable, and self-motivated individuals

      • Previous experience with young people is an advantage but not essential

Please note: You must have the right to work in the UK – we cannot offer visa sponsorship.
