This will include basic plumbing, general repairs, basic electrical tasks, minor painting & decorating and other general maintenance duties.About the PersonRelevant experience of working in the construction and/or maintenance industry, with some experience in carrying out minor building maintenance and repairs, including plumbing.Preferably trained to the standard of a nationally recognized qualification in the construction industry, and willing to undertake relevant training, including Health & SafetyAbility to prioritize own work and work with minimum supervision and able to follow written and verbal instructions are paramount along with having good communication and interpersonal skills and a pleasant, approachable and customer focused approachAbout the CollegeWe are a large, regional college serving a population across York and North Yorkshire of more one million people.
