Crynodeb

To be responsible for the day-to-day management of staff, resourcing of
specific roles for your allocated sites which includes the advertising of
these roles and the fully compliant registration of the workforce.

Main areas of responsibility

Client Management
• Overseeing the Initial implementation of any new contracts.
• Ensure a complete understanding the client specifics.
• Resourcing – Actively recruit for candidates for specified sites.
• Ensuring KPI compliance and providing feedback as necessary
• Ensuring adherence to set policies and procedures
• Review all reports, client satisfaction surveys and present
internally and to the client.
• Liaison with Smart Service Centres and regional Business Area
Managers to maintain support structures.
• Ensuring all records are kept in line with legislative requirements.
• Conduct and report periodic review meetings.
• Update the client on legislative updates, and conduct relevant
changes if necessary.
• Qualify and quantify any job details and specific requirements
• Network internally and externally with client
• Set Benchmark, for clients – salary, availability, candidate pool,
industry activity
• Conducting daily/weekly and monthly review meetings

• Candidate registration and Interview
• Testing and selection of varied workforce to desired service
standards
• Providing induction prior to work placement
• Carry out work instructions in line with service standards
• Recruitment personnel control –reviewing progress and
performance
• Providing and controlling all performance management activities
• Reviewing and setting service centre activity
• Ensuring suitable staff availability to cover various positions
• Control, coverage, and management of all sickness and holiday
requirements
