What do we do?
Our day service (Linkage Choices) provides meaningful activities that are person-led and designed to achieve personal goals and aspirations. We encourage all of the people we support to be as independent as possible and focus on health and well-being. Our person centred approach promotes choices and empowerment and is supported through individual support plans and one-page profiles.
About the role
We are seeking individuals who are passionate, motivated and enthusiastic to join our team in Toynton-all-Saints (Near Spilsby). The successful applicants will deliver care and support to enhance the independence skills of people with learning disabilities, whilst ensuring that their choices are protected and that they have control over their own lives.
As a Support Worker, you will be expected to meet the care and support needs of the people who access our services. This will be conducted in a way that respects the dignity of the individual, promotes independence and provides choice. All of the care and support provided will be conducted in line with Linkage’s Values and Person-Centred Approaches.
As part of your role, you will work with the people we support to successfully access programmes of activities the meet individual needs and targeted outcomes. This could include activities such as performing arts, IT, swimming, horse-riding, socialising and so much more!
We look forward to hearing from you!
