This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced Teaching Assistants ready to take the next step, or for those already in pastoral roles looking for a fresh challenge.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Pastoral Manager, you'll be at the heart of student well-being, helping to shape a positive school culture and supporting students through life's challenges. Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and delivering impactful pastoral care programmes
- Providing one-to-one support for students facing emotional, social, or academic difficulties
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and external agencies to ensure holistic support
- Monitoring student progress and implementing timely interventions
- Leading workshops and activities that promote personal growth and resilience
What We're Looking ForWe're seeking compassionate, proactive individuals with:
- Relevant qualifications in education, counselling, or a related field
- Experience in a pastoral or student support role
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection
- A genuine passion for supporting young people
