We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our Broomfield service as a Support Practitioner.Please note: Due to the nature of this service, we can only accept applications from male applicants.No previous experience in care is required - you’ll receive full training from our excellent, award-winning learning & development team before you start. This training includes classroom-based sessions, e-learning, and the chance to shadow experienced Support Practitioners and meet the people you’ll be supporting.While a driving licence and access to your own car are preferable, they are not essential.Requirements:As a Support Practitioner, you may be required to work weekends, follow shift patterns, and take part in sleepovers as needed.About the Role:You’ll be supporting a young man with complex needs, working within CALM’s service on a 2:1 support basis. This role includes sleepovers and wakening nights.About Us:The Richmond Fellowship Scotland provides personalised, outcome-focused support to over 2,800 individuals in their own homes across Scotland, making us the country’s largest provider of social care.We support individuals with various needs, including physical or learning disabilities, ongoing mental health conditions, autism, and alcohol or substance use challenges.
