Join Our Team as a Home Ownership Officer!Are you passionate about outstanding customer service and eager for a dynamic role with growth opportunities? We’re looking for an experienced professional to manage our homeowner portfolio across Southeast London. What You’ll Do:Own Your Area: Manage a patch of homeowner accounts while delivering exceptional service.Get the Paperwork Right: Issue clear, compliant S20 notices.Handle Enquiries: Manage service charges, major works, solicitor queries, lease extensions, alterations, Right to Buy/Right to Acquire, and more.Be the Customer Champion: Use your deep knowledge of statutory consultation and legislation to support and advise homeowners.Coordinate & Collaborate: Manage third-party relationships with managing agents effectively. What We’re Looking For:Experience: Minimum 3 years in a customer-facing leasehold or social housing role.Expertise: Strong customer care skills (face-to-face, phone, and written) and a solid grasp of leases, service charges, and relevant legislation.Mindset: A proactive, solution-focused professional with a ‘Can Do’ attitude who thrives under changing priorities and tight deadlines.Independence & Teamwork: Able to take initiative while also collaborating seamlessly within a diverse team.
