We’re looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate, and proactive Leader to join our Linking Leeds service. This is your opportunity to inspire change, lead by example, ensure clients receive the highest quality of care and support and be an ambassador for social prescribing.
What you’ll do:
Provide hands-on leadership, ensuring your team is confident, supported, and motivated to deliver quality services.
Work closely with external partners, including GP practices and local agencies.
Raise awareness of social prescribing
Actively promote and embed co-production.
What you’ll bring:
Experience in leading a team, supporting development, and managing performance.
The ability to build good relationship skills with internal and external stakeholders.
A sound knowledge of a range of mental health interventions
A full UK driving licence and the ability to travel across Yorkshire and Humberside in your own vehicle.
