Are you passionate about mud kitchens, messy play, glitter, and the magic of early childhood education? Do you dream in play-dough and picture books? Are you a den-building and nursery rhyme-singing expert?
If so, you are in luck! We're on the lookout for a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our fantastic nursery team at our Boston setting!
We are open to both full-time and part-time positions:
Full time: Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week to be worked flexibly within our open hours.
Part-time: Monday to Friday, 16-30 hours a week to be worked flexibly within our open hours.
Mon Ami is open weekdays from 7am to 6.30pm, 51 weeks of the year. ⭐️
What we're looking for:
A full and relevant Level 3 qualification (although we are willing to consider a Level 2 qualification along with the right attitude, work ethic, and passion for working with children)
A commitment to keep learning and growing through our endless training opportunities
A love for child-led learning
Someone who's not afraid to get a little muddy or covered in glitter!
Someone who believes that every child is unique and full of potential, and understands the importance of tailoring what we do to meet every child's individual needs
Someone who can demonstrate a good understanding of the EYFS and be experienced with and confident in planning for children’s learning development
In return, you'll get:
A supportive, close-knit team of experienced practitioners who genuinely love what they do
Plenty of opportunities for training and development
️ Regular one-to-ones and mentoring - we are always available to chat about how you are getting on
⏰ Flexible working patterns and a management team that works their best to accommodate every staff member's needs
Opportunities to grow into leadership or specialist roles
️ Staff discounts
A setting where joy, creativity, and a good giggle are part of everyday life – and your ideas are genuinely valued
The chance to make a real, lasting difference every single day
Your application will stand out if you have:
A valid and recognised paediatric first aid certificate and up-to-date safeguarding training.
Previous experience with supporting children with additional needs.
Previous experience of working in busy early years settings.
Higher level qualifications as well as enhanced job training such as Forest School, Elklan, SENCO, and outdoor play.
We take our play seriously - if you do too, get in touch! ✨
