Crynodeb

An interesting opportunity has arisen within the Perse School Estates Department for a Compliance Officer. The purpose of the Estates Department is to ensure that the School sites provide a safe, attractive and well-maintained environment for pupils, staff and visitors by ensuring the real estate is routinely enhanced and kept in safe working order. We aim to undertake all of this to the highest standard and keep quality and safe work at the forefront of our approach.
This post is designed to support the safe, efficient and compliant operation of the school estate and promote quality in the compliance discipline. The post holder will be expected to support this via undertaking certain compliance checks, completing associated repairs where suitable, managing contractors on site to ensure compliance in more specialist areas, creating action plans where remedial work is required and ensuring evidence and record keeping of our compliance is clear and well ordered.

The Perse School Cambridge is one of the country’s leading independent co-educational day schools for children aged 3-18.
Our aim is to be a leading employer of choice. This means we strive to be a school where staff say they are proud and excited to work, and feel valued, respected and motivated.
We are committed to providing a very competitive salary and benefits scheme at the same time as offering a wide range of opportunities for personal and professional development. We want our staff to feel engaged and purposeful so that they, in turn, help pupils to be happy and successful.
