To gather information for policy writing from such sources as: Care Quality Commission (CQC) Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) NICE guidance Best Practice examples Optalis Managers, Nurses and care staff Residents. To write clinical policies, procedures and guidance using Optalis templates. To ensure that company policies are clear and easy to understand for employees. To keep records of any policy changes, including revisions, updates, and deletions. To validate the accuracy, completeness and relevance of the information collected. To maintain a working knowledge of legislation underpinning Adult Social Care (The Care Act 2014, CQC Regulations). To comply with Optalis policies and procedures, and adhere to the standards set out in the Optalis Core Values.
