An exciting opportunity to join the contracted Front of House Assistant team for a 23 hour contract. The contracted team staff both our Hippo Lounge and Cafe Hullabaloo and also work shifts for front of house for performances and events.



The sucessful candidate must be able to commit to a 7 week rolling rota with set shifts but also have a flexible approach to working arrangements to be able to change shifts around the business needs. The Front of House Assistants are the public face of Darlington Hippodrome and ensure that we deliver first class customer service and ensure all customers are welcomed.



The successful candidate must be organised, stay calm under pressure and have a love of working in a customer orientated field.
