• Front of house Manager Our client, an amazing bar, Busy cafe take out operation and restaurant operation over looking St Mary’s harbour on the Isles of Scilly are looking to recruit a Front of House manager to join their team. They will also consider a couple and someone who can work with the Front of house manager, so the Front of house candidate would be offered between £12.50-£13 per hour Based on the beautiful Isles Of Scilly-St Mary’s, it’s an Immediate start for the right candidate/s It’s a Front of House manager rate per hour- Between £14-14.50 and the Shifts- 4pm-10pm, 6 days a week It’s a Seasonal role till the end of September, so we are looking for someone to commit till at least September 30th 2025 Your role- To be able to effectively manager busy dinner services- to incorporate smart table planning, staff allocation, rota management, along with possessing excellent people, management and delegation skills within a busy 100 cover restaurant. The team is a solid and committed one, with 5 Chefs and Kitchen Porter staff along with a team of 5-6 front of house. Tronc- shared and works out approx. £2.50 per hour extra on the hourly rate. Live in accommodation is a short walk from the operation- It’s a Double room, with stunning views overlooking St Marys with all amenities starting @ £75 all inclusive per week If you are looking for a seasonal role with a challenge, then please send your cv in the first instance
