Lovely opportunity to join a small provider that has high standards of care, the home specialises in Residential Dementia care for the elderly

• 37.5 hours supernumerary with some shift work to cover sickness/ holidays

• Need someone who is already a deputy manager or ambitious senior care assistant- the role will involve primarily working with the senior/ care teams to improve standards and working practices
The ideal candidate will have:
• Experience of dementia care
• Have thorough and in-depth knowledge of medication management from ordering to change-over
• Be qualified to Level 3 and a willingness to work towards level 4/5
• Already be a deputy/ unit manager with established work history within care homes, or an ambitious senior care assistant looking to progress
• Be willing to support and mentor staff to achieve high standards
• Willing to participate in the on-call rota and be able to work flexibly to meet the needs of the business
