We attend monthly management meetings and twice a month training sessions within our service.

We receive internal support from clinical supervision held monthly with the ADHD lead consultant paediatrician and informal support from the broader team.

The department is based in the community hospital as part of APH women's and children's division. As part of community paediatrics we work closely and well with education, clerical support staff, children's outpatients and community paediatricians. We are encouraged to attend training events to support us in our roles. Each day presents its own challenges and enjoyment working with the young people and their individual and specific needs.
