GRANTS ADMINISTRATOR
Full time [37 hours]
Salary: £24,319.36 -£25,165.92
Initially 1 year [extension subject to funding]
KEY TERMS & CONDITIONS:
• 37 hours per week, 25 days holiday pro rata, 1-day birthday leave, 8% non-contributory pension.
• SOAR endeavours to be a living wage employer and seeks to uprate salaries by the annual increase in the living wage
• Cycle to Work scheme – Buy a bike tax free and cycle to work.
• Westfield Foresight Health Plan – Annual benefits and services such as routine dental work and check-ups, etc.
The ‘This Is Us’ Grants Programme is designed to empower grassroot community groups and organisations, ensuring equitable access to funding for initiatives that create health, wellbeing, and social inclusion opportunities. The Programme focuses on supporting diverse groups, particularly those from underrepresented communities, in securing and utilising funding effectively.
The Grants Administrator will play a key role in the smooth operation of the ‘This Is Us’ Grants Programme, ensuring an inclusive, transparent, and efficient funding process. This role involves administrative support, engagement with community partners, monitoring grant usage, and helping to develop accessible pathways for groups to apply for funding.
