Summary
Job Summary:
The Restaurant Sales Executive is responsible for driving group bookings, corporate sales, and private events to increase restaurant revenue. This includes building relationships with local businesses, planning events, creating sales proposals, and ensuring smooth coordination with the operations team
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and approach new corporate and group Customers
• Manage existing client accounts and secure repeat business
• Prepare proposals, negotiate packages, and close sales
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth event delivery
• Attend events and act as point of contact for clients
• Track sales, update CRM, and report on performance
Requirements:
• 2+ years of sales experience
• Strong communication and negotiation in English, Tamil and Sinhala, , and customer service skills
• Able to work flexible hours, including evenings/weekends if needed
• Familiar with sales reporting tools
