A lovely family based in Southwest London is seeking a nanny to care for their baby and toddler on a permanent basis. All general nanny duties are required, including cooking for the children and supporting the weaning process, such as transitioning from purees to solids. The family are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and engaging nanny who loves playing with children and has a keen interest in supporting their development. Ideally, the candidate will be Spanish-speaking and willing to travel with the family to Europe for three to four weeks each year. A driver would be a bonus, and the nanny should be comfortable being insured in the family car. A valid paediatric first aid qualification is essential for this position.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm

Duties include:

Sole charge of the children
Creating a warm and nurturing environment
Personal care, including changing nappies, preparing bottles, following sleep schedules, and potty training
Supporting the children’s social, emotional, and educational development
Following and implementing daily routines for the children
Engaging the children with age-appropriate activities
Taking the children to playgroups
Arranging playdates for the children
Carrying out all duties related to the children
Cooking for the children
Assisting with the weaning process and transitioning from purees to solids
