Crynodeb
We are looking for an all round Handy Person, ideally with a strong ability, if not qualified in either joinery, plumbing or painter/decorator skill set. The role is for the maintenance and renovation up keep of a large property and surrounding properties/buildings and grounds. Works ideally to include kitchen and bathroom installation, painting and decorating, basic building works and plumbing, tiling, fencing, dependant on the candidates specialising skill set, but we are ideally looking for someone who can turn their hand to most household maintenance. There will also be the requirement to support with external garden maintenance as needed. Working hours Mon to Fri, usually 8am to 4pm, however we are flexible. The candidate must have a can do work ethic and thrive to deliver a high standard of workmanship.
