Monitor the car park to ensure proper vehicle flow and safety.
Assist customers with parking queries and provide directions to available spots.
Enforce parking regulations and policies to maintain order in the facility.
Conduct regular inspections of the parking area to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or complaints promptly.
Document any incidents, accidents, or violations in the car park and report them to management.
Assist in the management of payment processing for parking fees as required.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Previous experience in a customer service role preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
Physically capable of standing for long periods and performing manual tasks.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
