Search have partnered with a well-established and growing legal firm based in Liverpool, known for delivering high-quality legal services with a client-focused approach. we are looking for an experienced Legal Accounts on a full-time, permanent basis.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you'll support the finance function in maintaining accurate and compliant financial records. This is a key role within the legal accounts team, offering a hybrid working model with 3 days from home and 2 days in their Liverpool office.

Key Responsibilities:
* Processing payments, receipts, and transfers through Proclaim
* Handling bank reconciliations and day-to-day ledger management
* Supporting billing processes and producing financial reports
* Assisting with month-end processes and compliance checks
* Liaising with legal teams regarding client balances, disbursements, and case costs
* Purchase and sales ledger duties

Requirements:
* Proven experience in a similar accounts role within the legal sector
* Strong working knowledge of Proclaim software (desirable not essential)
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Good communication and time management skills
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setup
