Crynodeb
The post holder will have medical and leadership responsibilities for the assessment and management of patients referred to Bracknell. The caseload includes a small number of mentally disordered offenders living within the catchment area who are not known to the Regional Forensic services. The post holder will fulfil the requirements for the Mental Health Act, including carrying out Mental Health Act assessments, acting as the Responsible Clinician for patients on Supervised Community Treatment orders, and preparation of Mental Health Act reports for those patients. There is an exciting opportunity to develop the Primary Care Liaison Network and the post holder will work closely with the head of services and the locality director to develop this further.
