The five Communities of Practice are Older Peoples Mental Health, Community Mental Health, Recovery and Reintegration, Urgent Care and Hospital Liaison and Forensic and Specialist Services. The Community of Practice is a community of clinicians and managers with the knowledge and skills in a specialist area who can lead on best practice and can ensure we retain the specialism of our services at KMPT.
