- Very good experience managing or supervising teams of cleaners
- Very good understanding of cleaning standards in lcommercial environments
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Good knowledge of health and safety regulations

Summary of Duties:
- Manage a team of cleaners in a large commercial building in Grays in Essex
- Overseeing the delivery of cleaning services is carried to to a very high standard
- Training and developing staff
- Cleaning Budget Management:
- Compliance with Health, Safety regulations
