About Us:
The New Inn is a family-run village pub in the heart of Shipton Gorge. We’re building a proper community pub where customers feel welcome, service is genuine, and the atmosphere is relaxed but well-run. We serve quality pub food, local drinks and host both locals and visitors all year round.
The Role:
We’re looking for friendly, reliable Front of House team members to join us. You’ll be welcoming customers, serving food and drink, and generally helping to make sure everyone has a great experience at the pub.
This isn’t a corporate chain or a highly-pressured city venue. We want people who care about great service, enjoy chatting to customers, and aren’t afraid to muck in wherever needed.
Key Qualities We’re Looking For:
Confident and friendly with customers
Reliable and punctual
Comfortable serving both food and drinks (training provided if needed)
Able to work as part of a small, close-knit team
Flexible with working hours including weekends and evenings
Experience is helpful but not essential, attitude matters most
