Are you an experienced Aftersales Manager looking for your next challenge? Our client is seeking a dynamic and driven individual to lead a busy aftersales team at their busy site in Berkshire.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and growing business, working with a great team in a busy and thriving environment.
As the successful Aftersales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our aftersales operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficiency, and profitability. You will lead and motivate a dedicated team across Service, Parts, and Warranty, ensuring we continue to deliver outstanding support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the Aftersales team, fostering a positive and high-performance culture.
• Own and drive customer satisfaction, ensuring an exceptional experience at every touchpoint.
• Drive service and parts sales, maximising revenue and profitability across all brands.
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, maintaining high retention and recommendation scores.
• Manage workshop efficiency, ensuring smooth and effective daily operations.
• Oversee warranty and compliance, ensuring all processes meet manufacturer and legal standards.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance the aftersales offering.
• Work closely with senior management to align business objectives with the aftersales department.
About You:
• Proven experience as an Aftersales Manager within a main dealer environment.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Experience in a multi-brand environment would be an advantage.
• A commercial mindset with the ability to drive profitability and efficiency.
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
