Crynodeb
The post holder is responsible for the smooth running and housekeeping of the HALO system. Smooth running and housekeeping of the HALO corporate computer systems in the Trust. Assisting colleagues in the Digital Systems team with other systems managed by the team. Responsible for providing second line support to digital system users on application and technical issues. Contribute to the project management of future system upgrades/developments and implementations of corporate applications. Develop the digital systems security policies and procedures in line with Trust Digital policies. Design test plans and co-ordinate technical and user testing of new systems and processes. Create and/or co-ordinate the writing of appropriate system functionality documentation to support the implementation of existing and new systems and processes. Participate in data quality initiatives to improve the data on the clinical systems. Responsible for installing software upgrades to all digital systems. Responsible for drawing up proposals and specifications during the system adaptation/design process
