Buckinghamshire College Group is looking for a dedicated Senior Safeguarding & Prevent Officer to join our team. This role is based at our Aylesbury Campus however travelling to all sites in required weekly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Safeguarding & Prevent Initiatives: Oversee the provision of Safeguarding and Prevent to students.
- Collaborate with Key Staff: Work with the Director of Student Services and SENCOs to identify and support students with EHCPs.
- Manage Referrals: Handle the student referral process for multi-agency safeguarding and Prevent concerns.
- Maintain Compliance: Ensure the College meets all current safeguarding and Prevent legislation.
- Support and Train Staff: Provide training and maintain high standards for safeguarding practices.
- Line manage a team of safeguarding officers
