We're seeking an experienced, passionate, and highly organised Nursery Manager to lead our well-established and vibrant nursery in the heart of Fulham. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a committed and nurturing team that places children at the centre of everything we do.

As Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring the highest standards of care, education, and compliance. You will lead by example-mentoring your team, engaging with families, and creating a positive and enriching environment for both children and staff.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Leading and managing daily nursery operations to ensure excellence in care and learning.

Overseeing curriculum delivery aligned with the EYFS framework.

Supporting and developing staff through coaching and leadership.

Ensuring full compliance with safeguarding, health and safety, and Ofsted standards.

We're looking for a confident leader who brings:

A minimum of 3 years' experience in a senior early years leadership role.


A minimum of 3 years' experience in a senior early years leadership role.

A minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare (Level 5+ desirable).

A deep understanding of the EYFS framework, Ofsted requirements, and safeguarding best practices.
