About the Role:
The purpose of the LSA is to support the children with their learning and general wellbeing and to ensure every child has the best opportunity to reach their full potential in a caring and safe environment
- Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support for pupils with a range of special educational needs.
- Support some children with individual needs in a mainstream classroom.
- Support students in developing social skills, emotional regulation, and independence.
- Assist in the preparation and adaptation of learning materials.
About You:
- A calm and empathetic approach to supporting students with complex needs.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A genuine passion for making a positive impact on children's lives.
- A relevant qualification in education or SEN is advantageous but not essential.
