We are seeking a Male Teaching Assistant to provide dedicated support within a secondary Special Educational Needs (SEN) setting. This role is tailored to meet the needs of specific students in Year 8 who benefit from consistent male role models due to the behavioural nature of their needs. The ideal candidate will bring a calm, patient, and proactive approach to helping students thrive both academically and personally.
As a Teaching Assistant in this specialist environment, you'll play a vital role in supporting the educational and emotional development of pupils, contributing to a safe, structured, and nurturing learning experience.
