A Full time Nanny-Housekeeper is needed by a family based in Maldon, Essex to help in caring for their three school-aged children and maintain their home to a high standard of cleanliness. They value someone who enjoys engaging with children and creating opportunities for fun and social development. A driver is required for this position, and the candidate should be comfortable driving both automatic and manual vehicles.
A valid first aid qualification is needed for this position.
Working hours: Monday to Thursday from 10:30 am to 7:30 pm, approximately 36 hours per week
Duties include:
Ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of the children
Preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks tailored to the children
Keeping children's bedrooms and play areas clean, organised, and tidy
Engaging the children in interactive play, educational activities, and outdoor outings such as visits to the park
Establishing and maintaining consistent daily routines to support the children's structure and development
Ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of a private residence
Performing routine floor care, including sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping
Dusting and polishing furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
Cleaning and sanitising bathroom facilities, including sinks, bathtubs, and showers
Cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen area
Washing, drying, and organising clothing and linens
Managing laundry tasks, including ironing and folding
Making beds and replacing linens as needed
Cleaning and organising dish ware, including loading and unloading the dishwasher
Cook and prepare meals for the children
They are looking for someone to start in mid-August 2025 and they are happy to meet lovely candidates.
