Female Personal Assistant Required - Leyland Area LILS/LM/GR
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Personal Assistant to provide support to a young woman with maintaining independence in her own home. needing a friendly, caring female companion.
There may be a need for occasional personal care and light domestic duties, but the main duties involve supporting her to take part in activities both in the home and accessing the local community.
The lady has a creative nature and a keen interest in cooking. The successful applicant would assist her in developing these skills further and promoting her independence.
A knowledge and understanding of neurodivergence and chronic health conditions would be desirable but not essential
Must have own vehicle, full UK driving license and proof of business insurance to enable access to local community activities.
.This is a part time position for 10 hours per week. There is no requirement for weekend or evening work as all hours will be midweek over 3 x days – Mon/Wed/Fri afternoons. Rate of pay is £12.21 per hour plus 5.6 weeks paid annual leave pro rata and a workplace pension scheme.
Must be willing to undertake a DBS check (the cost of which will be covered by the employer).
