Summary
Multi Skilled Roofing
Location: Berwick
Salary: £33.354.00 per annum.
Hours: 37 per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent
Closing Date: 5PM, Friday 13th June 2025
We are looking to appoint a Multi Skilled Roofer with a Roofing discipline along with the ability to carry out multi skilled tasks including, brickwork repairs, paving works, drainage and guttering, to join Bernicia’s Property Maintenance and Construction department.
Role Benefits:
28 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) for full time employees; pro-rata to part time employees

About the Multi Skilled Roofing Role:
This role will involve assisting trade staff to undertaking all types of work associated with this position, to both domestic and commercial properties to a high standard but also for the delivery of excellent customer service.
Your Experience:
Successful candidates will need:
Experience of working at height.
On-Site training, approximately 3 years
CSCS card as appropriate to the role
Experience of working within a commercial and domestic property environment
Experience of working in a target driven environment
Adapt to change, positively contribute and communicate with effectively
To undertake multi-skilled trade competencies
To understand risk assessments
Ability to deliver work in line with construction drawings.
A sound knowledge of building construction, components and building trades
