Fawkes and Reece is currently looking to hire a Mechanical Package Manager to join a landmark infrastructure project based in Devon. This is a long-term contract role offering stability and the chance to work on one of the UK's most high-profile heavy infrastructure programmes.
What you'll be doing:
Managing mechanical packages across complex site operations
Overseeing contractor performance, safety, and compliance
Ensuring quality delivery to programme and specification
Interfacing with engineering, construction, and project controls teams
What we're looking for:
Strong experience delivering mechanical works in heavy or regulated infrastructure (nuclear, energy, industrial, etc.)
Proven contractor and stakeholder management skills
Ability to lead and coordinate packages in a high-pressure, technical environment
Location: On-site in Devon
Contract: Long-term | Inside IR35
Rate: Up to £550/day
