We're Hiring: Full-Time Machine Operators – Mildenhall

Key Requirements:
• Previous production experience is essential with a solid work history
• Willingness to be trained on machines
• Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends

Work Schedule & Pay:
Initial Training:
• Monday to Friday
• £12.38 per hour (PAYE)
After Training (Usually after 4 weeks): Choose from one of the following Day Shift Rotations (6am – 6pm):
• Pattern A:
Week 1: Sunday to Wednesday
Week 2: Sunday to Tuesday
• Pattern B:
Week 1: Thursday to Saturday
Week 2: Wednesday to Saturday
• Day Rate: £14.11 per hour (PAYE)
Night Shifts Available (6pm – 6am) on similar patterns:
• Night Rate: £18.20 per hour (PAYE)
• Average Hours: 77 hours per fortnight
• Weekly Pay + Holiday Pay
