About the Role:

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will join the department most aligned with your degree subject – whether that be English, Maths, Science, Humanities, or Languages. You will support both GCSE and A-Level pupils through tailored intervention work, small group sessions, and one-to-one academic mentoring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support classroom learning across your specialist subject
• Lead focused intervention sessions to challenge and inspire high-achieving students
• Assist in lesson planning, resource preparation, and assessment
• Gain first-hand experience of the teaching profession in a highly supportive environment

Candidate Profile:

• A 2:1 or above from Oxbridge or a Russell Group university
• Passionate about education and committed to student success
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior tutoring or classroom experience is beneficial but not essential
• A desire to pursue a career in teaching
