Inspire Education Group is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Student Recruitment & IAG Officer to join our dynamic team at Peterborough College. In this vital role, you will be instrumental in attracting prospective students and providing them with the impartial advice and guidance they need to embark on the right learning journey.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Proactively engage with prospective students, providing exceptional information, advice, and guidance (IAG) to support their application process.
Actively participate in student recruitment events, including open days, school visits, and careers fairs.
Coordinate the admissions process, arranging interviews and welcome activities, and serving as a key point of contact for applicants.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the careers team to ensure the accuracy and quality of information provided.
Work collaboratively with support services (ALS, Safeguarding, Finance) to address individual student needs.
Promote and advise on all forms of student support available across Inspire Education Group, including bursaries and transport.
Administer bursary and transport applications efficiently and accurately.
Support the enrollment process, ensuring a smooth and positive onboarding experience for all new students.
