We are seeking a Nursery Manager. Please only apply if you have a minimum level 3 qualification in a UK recognised early years qualification and have worked as a manager or deputy before.
We are looking for a dynamic, passionate and ambitious Nursery Manager to join our small and friendly setting in the Caversham area of Reading. This role has become available due to the growth within the organisation and internal promotion.
We are a small but ambitious chain of nurseries all in the south of England We put the children at the centre of all we do and offer a great place for children to thrive and learn! We are looking for a full time nursery manager to lead our well established team and deliver High standards of care and education in keeping with our Ethos of Learning through play.
About the job:
Ensure the highest standards of childcare are delivered at the setting
Instilling a love of learning to the practitioner team and children in our care
Delivers high setting occupancy, promoting the setting and attracting the highest quality of practitioners
Leads the team and promotes the nurseries values and Ethos
Creating an effective parent partnership by creating longstanding relations
This is a great opportunity for an experienced deputy looking for progression in the Early Years sector.
You will be supported in your role by an experienced and passionate regional team.
