Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of application solutions.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
Develop and implement application strategies and roadmaps that support the organization’s objectives.
Manage a team of developers, providing mentorship and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of applications by implementing best practices and methodologies.
Oversee the troubleshooting and resolution of application issues, ensuring high availability and performance of all systems.
Conduct regular assessments of existing applications and promote continuous improvement processes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in application development and management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C# and familiarity with front-end technologies.
Experience with cloud-based application development and deployment, preferably in AWS or Azure.
Excellent project management skills and a proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 08:00
End Time: 16:00
Pay Per Hour: £23.17
