Summary

You'll play a key role in developing, implementing, and managing a variety of digital resourcing and delivery initiatives designed to attract and recruit diverse, high-quality digital talent, all in line with DVSA People aims. Plus, you'll lend your expertise across the People Directorate Team whenever needed.

We're looking for a Digital Resourcing Manager to join our dynamic team and help us attract top-notch digital talent. If you're passionate about people, technology, and creativity, this is the role for you!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Expert Resourcing: Advise colleagues and business units on best practices, policies, and processes to successfully recruit diverse, quality digital talent
  • Trend Analysis: Stay updated with new and emerging trends in digital recruitment, technology, and labour markets to support resourcing activities
  • Innovative Solutions: Develop and implement innovative digital resourcing solutions to meet people needs, ensuring engagement with appropriate stakeholders and compliance with Civil Service Commissioners rules
  • Service Delivery: Consider a variety of resourcing solutions and services, such as outsourcing, headhunting, permanent and temporary routes, graduates, apprentices, etc
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other resourcing teams to support DVSA resourcing needs when necessary
  • Employer Branding: Promote and improve DVSA Digital Employer Brand using media and new technologies (e.g., social media, websites, virtual events, LinkedIn recruiter)
  • Event Management: Plan and organise recruitment and other events to raise the profile of DVSA Digital (e.g., careers fairs, school outreach, universities)
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work with stakeholders and third-party suppliers to deliver DVSA digital resourcing aims, ensuring quality of service and value for money
