Crynodeb
To undertake comprehensive neurological assessments, analyses, andtreatment plans. To deliver effective treatment plans and progress/adjust according to thePeople We Support response, multi/inter disciplinary team discussion, andother influencing factors. To ensure that treatment plans are informed by the best evidence and practiceguidelines. To provide specialist professional advice and support for complex cases, andlead on complex clinical problem-solving. To lead on a specialist area of interest within the wider physio team, inagreement with clinical lead. To work pro-actively as part of the multi/inter disciplinary team providingphysiotherapy input within the BIRT neurobehavioral/ neuropsychologicalmodel. To provide specialist physiotherapeutic interventions across the three Brainkind pathways: Neurobehavioural, Neurorestorative, and Well-being. To work safely with people we support with challenging behaviours i.e. verbaland physical aggression, mental health disorders, and sexual inhibition.
