The team creates brand assets that communicate and evolve with their customers’ goals, elevating the overall brand experience.
The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for performing some project management and administrative duties, and most importantly, handling new sales leads.
Are you the right person for the job?
• Passionate and intuitive about sales, with the ability to chase leads and close deals
• Proven ability to build solid client relationships
• Strong organisational, project management, and conflict resolution skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strategic and proactive in addressing internal and external issues
• Ability to prioritise tasks and independently follow up with leads
What will your role look like?
• Actively seek out and obtain new accounts through research of the market to identify target customers
• Perform project management administrative duties as needed
• Prioritise and follow up with sales leads independently
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are executed correctly
• Make sure all projects are streamlined and communicated effectively
• Use effective questioning techniques to establish customer needs and sell/upsell based on their requirements
• Embrace a culture of sales excellence, including following established sales processes, managing pipelines, forecasting accurately, and focusing on core KPIs
• Stay informed about competitive products, market trends, and new technologies
• Maintain close client relationships after onboarding through the sales process
• Ensure customers receive service that is second to none
• Upsell products after the initial sale to encourage repeat business
• Work to targets to maximise revenue with each account
