In this supervisory role, you'll take charge of key financial functions-from payments and reconciliations to expense processing-ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day payment processes and financial transactions
- Lead on expense management and financial reconciliations
- Supervise and support junior team members in delivering operational excellence
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulations
- Liaise across departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure data integrity
- Contribute to continuous improvement in finance operations
What You'll Bring:
- Proven experience in a finance operations or accounting environment
- Strong leadership or supervisory background within finance
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Proficiency in Excel and financial systems; SAP experience a bonus
- Clear, confident communication skills
