Our client is a well-established and welcoming early years setting, currently seeking a passionate and experienced Nursery Room Leader to join their dedicated team. What We're Looking For
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent)
- Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
- Solid knowledge of child development and the EYFS framework
- A natural leader with excellent communication, planning, and team-building skills

What You'll Be Doing
As Room Leader, you'll take responsibility for the daily running of your room and lead a team of practitioners in delivering engaging, high-quality learning experiences. You’ll:
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate, play-based learning activities in line with the EYFS
- Provide a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children of all ages
- Mentor and support your team to maintain high standards of care and education
- Work in partnership with parents, carers, and colleagues to build strong relationships
- Monitor children’s progress and ensure individual development needs are supported
- Step into leadership duties confidently and ensure smooth daily operations
