bMindful Psychology are currently recruiting a Sales Executive to join our Head Office team based in Cheadle, Greater Manchester.
At bMindful Psychology our team focuses on providing sector leading therapeutic services and training for children and young people, particularly those who have experienced trauma, helping them improve their emotional and psychological well being.
Job Summary
Within this role, you will be responsible for building relationships with potential clients, discussing our services and setting up future meetings over the phone. Reporting to Business and Marketing Director, you will work closely with the Business Development Team. The main objective is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing the business.
Key Responsibilities:
•Conduct outbound calls to increase sales volumes and set up further face to face meetings with potential clients (in educational, fostering or residential settings) while promoting bMindful’s services
•Develop a robust pipeline of new business opportunities to generate new clients and increase bMindful portfolio
•Effectively communicate and build rapport with customers to improve performance and drive sales and to build, manage and maintain strong relationships with all external stakeholders.
•Contact potential or existing clients to inform them about a bMindful Psychology services and set up meeting using the appropriate diary management methods
•Direct prospects to the business development team when needed and follow up when required.
•Progressing all enquiries within a timely manner and keeping records of calls made and enquiries answered up to date, all while adhering to GDPR guidelines and by following bMindful’s policies and procedures around sensitive data
Previous administrative, operational, or business support experience within a similar setting would be an advantage.
