Crynodeb
To promote a service that meets the needs of those people who use our service. To enable people who use our service to access services appropriate to their needs whilst maximising independence. To assist in the delivery of a flexible and supportive care and housing support service by. Providing support to front line care staff through on the job observational supervision. Providing management cover in the absence of the Extra Care Managers/Support Team manager where required. Working as part of a team to provide a quality care and housing support service in line with CQC essentialstandards of quality and safety to individuals living independently with in their own home within an Extra Carefacility Contributing to the provision of housing management and tenancy support tasks pertaining to the individual supportprovided to people who use our service which enables them to maintain all aspects of their tenancies.
